Home sales in Rockingham & Strafford counties increased dramatically in June coming in at a record high since July of 2015. Home sales in Rockingham & Strafford counties totaled 867 for the month of June which is a 38% increase over June of last year. Inventory remains low (2.8 months’ supply) but active listings continue to increase. We expect the strong sales figures to continue into July
Average home sale prices for Rockingham & Strafford counties reached an all-time high in June coming in at $347,816 which is 14% higher than June 2016 and a 3.5% increase over last month. The average sale price has now remained above $300,000 since April of 2016. We expect home sale prices to continue in the low to mid $300s range as inventory levels remain at all-time lows.
