LAND DEVELOPMENT

The Gove Group's specialized land development knowledge allows us to successfully take a raw piece of land and create an environmentally friendly, beautiful place to live. The development process can be a complex, time-consuming maze of regulations and legal requirements that require expertise and knowledge, personal attention to detail, and a tenacious attitude.

To ensure that each project runs as smoothly as possible, The Gove Group participates in each development phase throughout the construction process. We assist with walking the land; consulting with engineers, soil scientists, and public agencies; mapping boundaries; meeting all policies for public works, fire, and water; and ensuring compliance to all city or town zoning requirements.

That intimate, hands-on knowledge is not only crucial for our developer clients, it gives us the ability to share with our homebuyer clients the extent to which their new home is progressing. Because we work seven days a week with extended hours, we're consistently available to answer any questions, no matter how small, our homebuyer clients may have.
