The Gove Group is currently recruiting agents who are looking for a company that values growth potential of its employees. We understand how other real estate firms will charge their own agents multiple fees and try to control their money, but we will never be a part of it. That is why we charge no Brokerage fees, because we believe in investing in our own agents. We provide them with in depth training by one of our own, and we give agents constant support from our marketing department. The marketing team creates email blasts, postcard mailing services, and provides agents with training and materials such as 1,000 business cards, a name badge, and riders.

In Depth 1 on 1 Agent Training

The Gove Group prides itself on its 1 on 1 in depth training by our in-house educator, Mike McKenney. Mike was a former teacher and High School Principal before getting involved in real estate.

With teaching as his background, Mike can easily break down real estate into layman's terms for new agents coming aboard. Mike has a way of making teaching fun and learning enjoyable. He gets you involved and excited in your training with real life activities and examples. His communication is impeccable, and he is able to relate everything you learn back to you.

Mike takes pride in his well thought out training exercises. He creates a supportive environment for asking questions, and introduces the material at a pace that works for you. He wants you to understand the process before he sends you on your way, preparing you for any questions that may be asked by clients. Mike is not here to focus on building his own personal business, he’s here to support and grow yours as an agent.

Mike even makes an impact on our most successful agents due to his extensive training. Mike discusses topics like how to discuss negotiating strategies when in a competitive offer situation, how to work through difficult home inspection contingencies or how to deal with difficult clients. Time is also spent taking deeper dives into the finer points of P & S contracts. He is always readily available for any type of conversation to keep agents up to date with current industry trends and sales tactics.
