The Gove Group has the Top Three New Construction Projects in Southern Maine

We’re so excited to announce that we have the top performing new construction communities for new contracts in Southern Maine for the year to date. Our subdivisions The Villages at Hobbs Pond, Huntington Run and Cottonwood Meadow have been the three top performers, and we’re so happy to be helping buyers find projects that match their personal goals. Each of the three subdivisions have had 8 new contracts so far in 2020, which means 24 new contracts year to date in those subdivisions alone.

We market 5 of the 19 communities with contracts in 2020. The Gove Group has over 26% of the market share of projects with new contracts in Southern Maine this year, which is over 15% higher than any other competitor. Our other two subdivisions in Maine, Hutchins Creek and Seward Farm, have each seen 3 new contracts this year. There have been 75 new contracts in Southern Maine total in 2020, and The Gove Group has had 30 of them – 40% of the total new contracts.
