Cabernet Builders

Cabernet Builders was officially founded in 2000 by Stratham resident Tim Mason and then-business-partner Jim Scamman. Tim and Jim had begun working together a decade earlier and founded Cabernet Builders with the goal of building exceptional, high-quality homes in the Seacoast area. Their philosophy was, “We are not simply building houses, we are building a community.” Today, Tim has continued the Cabernet Builders mission and, having now built hundreds of homes over the last several decades, has cemented the legacy of unmatched quality and a personal, professional building experience. He has also built a reputation for his often-shorter-than-average building timeline, without sacrificing quality.
