Principal Buz Couillard has built and developed numerous projects throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. His projects include an array of products including single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses, as well as commercial property. Buz has permitted, developed, and built over 700 units of housing in his nearly 40-year career.

Foreman Christopher Cloutier has been in the construction business for many years and obtained his Massachusetts Supervisor’s License several years ago. His background includes many phases of building including new construction, renovations, and remodels/rehabs.
