JPAC Builders, LLC

JPAC, LLC is a real estate development, construction, and investment company based in southern New Hampshire. Its primary operations are focused in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Jason White is the founder and the company’s general contractor. His reputation as a skilled professional with solid homebuilding knowledge contributes to the company’s success. His experience comes from his years of design work in mechanical engineering as well as the flooring and building industry. Jason owned and managed L&A World Tiles, a flooring retailer, and installation business prior to founding JPAC, LLC. His architectural skills in CAD drafting and home design contributes to the overall appeal of house completions for the company.

Jason has built homes for several companies such as KLW Enterprises, Whitecrest Developers, and JP Ventures. He also worked for Four Star Builders for five years as a Project Manager. Jason has worked on many different subdivisions over the years, including Shepherds Lane, Frank’s Way, Grove Street, Trisha’s Way, Riverwatch, Winslow Woods, Norway Plains, The Village Place, Lamprey Falls, and Meadow Court. These subdivisions span multiple towns like Epping, Greenland, Stratham, Raymond, East Kingston, Rochester, and Barrington. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.

We have established a large set of subcontractors over the years by working with them and from references from other builders in the area. Jason’s network with other builders has helped us establish an efficient group of subcontractors that can be counted on.
