Fall Festival of Homes 2020

This past weekend we hosted our annual Fall Festival of Homes, our largest open house event of the year! We had a busy two days as we held 28 open houses across southern New Hampshire and Maine, from Wells, ME to Londonderry, NH. 

The open houses included both resale listings and 14 of our new home communities. Overall, it was a very successful event for The Gove Group; we had over 100 groups visit our open houses throughout the course of the weekend! Visitors were encouraged to enter to win an exciting giveaway by texting a code at each open house they visited. The winner has been gifted a stay at the Omni Mount Washington Resort.

The buyers out in the market now recognize that the incredibly low interest rates are really making this the perfect time to buy a home. The good weather and a postponed Patriot’s game certainly helped the cause as well!”
