The process was as stress-free as possible because of her ability and willingness to go above and beyond to get things done. I cannot find words to adequately describe Carrie: she is cream of the crop, best of the best. We met when she was the seller's realtor when we purchased our home in New Hampshire and I remember being so impressed that I kept her card and then found her when it was time for us to sell that home 9 years later. Our entire process of listing, staging, selling, and moving was made much, much smoother and less stressful due to her excellent people skills, knowledge, and communication skills. No matter how "touchy" an issue might be, she knows how to phrase things to keep it all friendly and positive. I had complete faith that she would do well and sure enough, our home sold in in 4 days (5 offers) and while I know that isn't normal, I believe Carrie's expert valuation/pricing was part of the reason it sold so quickly. It could not have been a better experience. I have no personal relationship with Carrie and nothing to gain - this is an honest objective review.
