Deb Dugal is an Associate Broker with The Gove Group Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers across New Hampshire’s Seacoast region and throughout the state.
A Boston native from the Hyde Park neighborhood, Deb moved to New Hampshire in 1986. She has lived in many parts of the Granite State and now calls the Seacoast home. That firsthand knowledge of New Hampshire’s towns, from the Concord area to the coast and up to the White Mountains, helps her match clients with the location and lifestyle they want.
Before real estate, Deb worked as a teacher and in banking. She then co-founded New Hampshire Mailing Services in Concord with her husband and grew it to 40 employees. Its clients included the State of New Hampshire, the National Visa Center at Pease, the University System of New Hampshire, and Liberty Insurance. Running that business taught her to negotiate, manage details and deadlines, and deliver dependable service, and she brings all of that to every transaction.
Deb earned her first real estate license while living on Kiawah Island, South Carolina. There she focused on vacation and second homes and on helping clients move to a smaller home. After returning to New Hampshire, she worked closely with builders on new construction communities in the Seacoast. She also helped many buyers relocating from other parts of the country settle into New Hampshire and New England.
