Founded in 2003, The Gove Group Real Estate is a local, family-owned real estate agency based in Stratham, NH. We specialize in new construction marketing and sales and are passionate about working with builders and clients to bring their dream homes to life, but with more than 50 agents, our expertise extends far beyond just building new homes. Our team of REALTORS® are licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts and specialize in everything from first time homebuyers and condominiums to luxury listings and land development. Not to mention, we practice real estate as a Dual Agency, which means we work together as a team to give you the best service possible. Family-Owned And Operated

Beginning his real estate career in 1988, owner Scott Gove officially founded The Gove Group Real Estate in 2003 with the unveiling of its brand new office in Stratham, NH. Desiring a niche to set the company apart, he delved into the world of land development and new construction communities, where The Gove Group has since developed a foothold in the market. Dedicated to providing exceptional client services, Scott brought on Patty O’Brien as the agency’s Designated Broker in 2003. After more than a decade of growth and success, their adult children Elizabeth (Harpin) Markey and Colton Gove joined the company, eventually leading to what became the four-person family ownership team in 2019. Scott’s daughter Kelly also joined the team as a REALTOR® on the New Construction Sales Team. Together, the ownership team has created a foundation for the company to grow and adapt with new innovations in the real estate industry, all while working endlessly to support our agents and clients and achieve shared success for all.
