After completing the process of selling our home of 38 years we wanted to acknowledge the professionalism, expertise, client focus and insightful guidance Ken Bailey provided throughout.

We found Ken to be an exceptional listener.  He initially sat with us to understand our goals, and provided thoughtful and insightful perspective on how to prepare our property, in order to optimize its value to today’s buyers while ensuring we didn’t overspend on upgrades that would end up netting us less in the long run.  He provided a straightforward, databased assessment of what we could expect to realize from the property’s sale, but always emphasizing the “asking price decision” was always ours.  As we attempted to determine what we hoped to receive he confirmed when our rationale was realistic but never avoided, in a professional manner, telling us when we were miscalculating/overestimating the price we might realize.

Once we had addressed our “to do list” and the property had been staged Ken invested, in our view, exceptional effort to stimulate potential buyers’ interest and activity. When the first open house did not produce the anticipated interest, he provided “unvarnished” buyer feedback with recommendations on how we should proceed.  After he diligently followed-up with Agents that had indicated expected buyer offers, he scheduled an additional open house that produced our buyer within 10 days.

Having not engaged in the “real estate sales process” for almost 4 decades we were unsure of the milestones that occurred between P&S Agreement and Closing.  Ken explained each process step and how they interrelated, as well as, expected timeframes.  We felt very well informed and comfortable during this period because of his attention to detail and our “informational needs”.

In closing, we want to emphasize that Ken’s engagement and integrity throughout the process made it a comfortable (as much as possible) and seamless experience, and we are so grateful for his engaged efforts.

Organizations are only as good as the people on the front line. We have been dealing with you for three years and our experience has been superb. Your skills are beyond compare. First you were able to find us a renter for our condo who paid top dollar rent for two years and about a month ago, we decided to sell the condo. Buying or selling a home can be one of the most stressful experiences in life. For me personally, the home selling and buying experiences I’ve had with Mary’s advice and guidance have been outstanding. Any question I might have had for her she is on top of almost immediately, and this is important when you’re nervous about the process. I have now bought and sold with Mary’s expert guidance twice, and have recommended her to my closest friends who have also absolutely loved her warm personality and straightforward way of navigating through the process. Whether it’s your first home purchase or your 10th I can’t recommend her enough.

I contacted Mary via e-mail and requested her professional assistance based on a very complimentary recommendation made by a close friend who had sold a house through her within the past year. Mary responded rather quickly and set up an appointment to initiate the process.  The initial meeting was a good indication to me that I wanted Mary to represent me and process the sale of my house as she arrived for the meeting as scheduled and came with an open mind. I say that she came with an open mind because some real estate professionals come with a preconceived expectation based on the area in which a property may be located. Once Mary and I reached an agreement on her representation of the property she moved swiftly with the process. She posted the “for sale” signage at the house and along multiple access roads to the property, brought in a photographer to take pictures, made some home improvement recommendations to enhance the sale of the home and processed a market analysis for me to review and help me decide on an asking price.  After we decided on fair market asking price, Mary posted the sale of the property for public viewing and coordinated the numerous showings she made over a very brief period of time. I put some pressure on Mary to get an interested and qualified buyer quickly because I was in a stressful position. I bought a house in Ohio back in October of 2015, I terminated my employment October 3, 2016 and officially retired November 1, 2016. I simply needed to have the property sold and the closing complete without delay and before I moved to Ohio. I can’t say enough good about Mary, she was every bit the devoted professional throughout the process. She coordinated all showings through me and gave me more than adequate notice that she wanted to schedule a showing. She kept me informed throughout the process as to how the showings were going and the feedback she was getting from prospective buyers. And most notably, she kept me calm throughout the stressful process. We obtained a purchase agreement within 3 weeks of listing the property and worked with the prospective buyer to address minor issues noted by the prospective buyer. Mary helped process through the amiable negotiations with the prospective buyer in such a timely manner that there was no impact on the overall timeline I had in mind. Mary and I completed the sale of the property on November 4, 2016 with the conclusion of a pre-closing walk through and the closing. I was so extremely happy with what we were able to accomplish in such a relatively short time. Never in my wildest dreams did I think we would be sitting down to close on the property coincident with my retirement and moving date after listing the property just after the Labor Day weekend.  Mary did the unthinkable as she represented my property with unwavering professionalism and achieved success in a very short time frame given my circumstances.

Where do I even begin to describe what a wonderful experience that I had working with Mary?
