From an extended tight-knit family, Dan was raised in Lowell Massachusetts, where he developed a strong sense of commitment, professional ethics, and the importance of community. Always generous with his time, Dan dedicated an entire decade to mentoring high school students through the “Take Stock in Children” program, guiding them toward graduation and higher education. He has contributed significantly to many philanthropic causes, participating in bike marathons for the Florida Smart Ride, and actively supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Key West Rotary Club fireworks.
His real estate career began with an early interest in multi-family units, where he quickly learned the ins-and-outs of purchasing, selling and managing investment properties. Dan obtained his MA Real Estate Sales License in 1994 and continued to expand his expertise in all areas of residential real estate.
Making Key West Florida his home for the next 20 years, he obtained his Florida Brokers License, assisting many in the challenging search for second homes as well as “Locals” attempting to put down roots. He personally contributed to the restoration and sales of multiple historic homes achieving recognition of excellence awards from HARC, Historical Architectural Restoration Committee.
In 2016, Dan returned to New England to reconnect with family and settled in Manchester NH. He is currently licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is especially eager to facilitate seamless property transactions for interstate commuters and second home buyers.
His spare time is spent in his RV traveling and discovering the backroads of New England.
